Make An Appointment

The Costa Mesa Sanitary District is open for in-person business Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (no appointment necessary). On open Fridays, District staff are available by appointment only. At least 24 hours notice is required to make an appointment.

To make an appointment:

1. Check the calendar to find out when the District is open.
2. Select the department that you wish to make an appointment with from the list below.
3. Complete a contact form to email your requested appointment date and time.
