In accordance with California Government Code Section 53234 (also referred to as AB 1234), all Costa Mesa Sanitary District elected officials and appointed staff members are required to take two hours of State approved local ethics training. The first certification is due within one year of taking office, and then every two years thereafter. Compliance is monitored by the District Clerk's Office.
