Make A Payment

The Costa Mesa Sanitary District accepts online payment for the services listed below through Authorize.net. In addition to online payment, customers can also make credit card payments over the phone by calling (949) 645-8400 or check payments can be made by visiting our office in person during business hours.

*NOTE: There is a credit card transaction limit of $10,000. Amounts exceeding $10,000 can be paid by check.

Sewer Permit Fees
Instructions: Enter fee amount, enter Sewer Permit Number (i.e. "SD20-1234") in the "Description" field, and enter payment information. For more information about the sewer permitting process, visit our Permits webpage.

New Trash and Sewer Accounts (for newly built residences)
Instructions: Enter payment amount, enter the service address in the "Description" field, and enter payment information. For more information about starting new trash service, visit our New Resident Guide webpage.

CMSD Invoices
 Instructions: Enter invoice amount, enter the CMSD Invoice Number in the "Description" field, and enter payment information.
